Melanie has been helping clients use their valuable time more efficiently to improve their health since 1981. Prestige Fitness and Wellness offers private personal fitness training sessions for individual clients utilizing the most current techniques based on research not junk science.

You will meet with Melanie in the privacy of the studio (2 Southwood Park Dr, Hilton Head). Sessions are available in blocks of 30, 45 and 60 minutes. Additionally, partner training is welcome. We also offer an introductory 5 session package for first time clients. Previous and current clients may  train remotely to ensure continued results.

After a thorough health history, a fitness assessment, and a discussion about your goals, together we will begin our journey toward better health!
